I help growth-stage companies find what's actually breaking their funnel, and fix it. I build growth playbooks and own delivery across attribution, acquisition, and retention, with high-velocity data experimentation.

Real-money gaming, India · Gameskraft
Gameskraft needed to scale aggressively across multiple gaming products and geographies while maintaining sustainable acquisition economics. Paid channels had begun to plateau, and CAC was inching up across Meta, Google, and DSPs. The challenge was to build a scalable, data-led growth engine that balanced scale with profitability.
I built one growth system across paid, affiliate, and influencer instead of running them in silos. I set up creative and offer testing to find what actually converted, and real-time dashboards tracking CAC and LTV together, so every spend decision was tied to payback, not surface metrics. Payouts were tiered to reward partners who brought players who transacted, not just clicks. I scaled the affiliate base past 300 partners and onboarded 150+ creators for regional performance.
Acquisition became predictable at scale. Because every channel was judged on paying players and payback, not installs, growth held even in high-competition markets, and spend kept returning more than it cost as budgets grew.
Retention · CRM
After acquisition scaled, retention became the real bottleneck. Too many users churned before they paid back, which kept paid growth unpredictable. The business needed to spot high-value users early and keep them engaged, turning them profitable instead of paying again to replace the ones who left.
I built a scoring model that predicts a user's value within their first 72 hours, so the players most likely to pay are known early. From that signal I ran automated lifecycle journeys across CRM, email, push, and in-app, each triggered by the user's behavior and value tier. Reactivation logic brought lapsed users back at the moment they were most likely to return.
Retention and repeat play rose across cohorts, and users who would have churned stayed and kept paying. That lifted ARPU, cut churn, and made payback periods predictable enough to scale paid spend with confidence.
B2B SaaS · EMEA/US/SEA
Immunefi had strong technical credibility but no structured marketing engine, leaving the company without clear ICPs, funnel visibility, or predictable pipeline growth. The challenge was to build the entire 0-to-1 growth foundation, from positioning to demand generation, to create consistent enterprise traction in the Web3 SaaS market.
I led the creation of Immunefi's first marketing system: defining ICPs, setting up email marketing, building the GTM architecture, and implementing an ABM and content-led demand engine. I set up analytics for MQL tracking, built CRM automations, and launched PR-driven credibility plays across cybersecurity and Web3 communities, working closely with founders, product, and sales to align with enterprise deal cycles.
Within months, Immunefi saw a clear lift in qualified pipeline and revenue velocity. The new growth foundation won market trust, improved enterprise lead quality, and turned fragmented interest into a structured, measurable sales funnel. immunefi.com ↗
OTT streaming, MENA · SpacetoonGo
The subscription streaming platform was spending on ads with no way to know which channels brought paying subscribers and which just brought downloads. There was no attribution to trace it, no system to grow subscribers at scale, and the app sat 117th in App Store search for the keywords that convert.
I led growth while building the revenue attribution layer from scratch (Adjust, server-to-server), so every dollar could be tied to real paying subscribers, not just installs. I set up user acquisition across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, ASO, and telco billing in KSA, UAE, and Kuwait, then ran nonstop tests on creative, bidding, and onboarding to lift free-to-paid subscription conversion.
For the first time, the team had a clear signal on what drove subscription revenue vs. noise. App Store rank moved from 117th to top 5 for converting keywords, and signup-to-trial improved 28% through structured funnel testing.
About
Over 14 years I’ve run growth for brands most people would recognize, and built a few from nothing. Somewhere along the way I stopped believing the problem was ever the budget. It’s almost always something quieter: a funnel that leaks, spend no one can trace, a team pointed at the wrong things.
So that’s how I work with founders. I don’t show up with a template or a deck of best practices. I get into the actual numbers, find where growth is really breaking, and own the fix.

FAQs
A fractional growth leader is a senior growth operator who runs your growth function part-time, without the cost of a full-time hire. Unlike a consultant who advises or a freelancer who executes a task, a fractional leader owns the outcome: setting strategy, running delivery, and staying accountable to the numbers, as an embedded part of your team.
A fractional growth leader differs from an agency or freelancer in one word: ownership. A freelancer executes the task you scope. An agency runs campaigns from the outside, often optimizing their slice, not your whole funnel. A fractional leader embeds with your team, owns the growth outcome end to end, and is accountable to your numbers, like a senior hire would be, but part-time.
The right time is usually when growth has stalled or become unpredictable, but hiring a full-time CMO doesn’t make sense yet. Common triggers: spend is rising without matching growth, no one can prove which channels drive revenue, a growth team is busy but the numbers won’t move, or you’ve raised and need results fast. Fractional gives you senior leadership that does, without the full-time cost.
A fractional growth leader is priced as a monthly retainer or hourly, scoped to how much of your growth function you need owned. The point is leverage: you get senior, experienced leadership at a fraction of a full-time hire’s cost, no salary, benefits, or equity. Exact cost depends on scope, so it’s worth a quick conversation.
It starts with a diagnostic: I get into your numbers and funnel to find what’s actually breaking, before anything else. From there I embed with your team, usually a few days a week, owning the growth priorities we agree on, setting strategy, running delivery, and reporting against the numbers. It’s an ongoing engagement, not a one-off project, and it’s built to leave your team stronger than it found them.
Mostly growth-stage companies that have real traction and real spend, but growth has stalled or become unpredictable. I work across consumer and B2B, with deep experience in gaming, subscription, e-commerce, OTT, fintech, and D2C, including regulated and hard-to-crack categories. Geographically, that’s spanned the US, MENA, India, and Southeast Asia. If you’re spending seriously on growth and can’t see clearly what’s working, that’s my sweet spot.
